We had the best time here in Anaheim! This house was very accommodating and had all the basic amenities. The kitchen is well stocked with all appliances, dishes and spices. The kids loved the pool area and there is a huge bin full of life jackets, floaties, toys and many pool towels. The mattresses weren’t the comfiest ever but the bedding was nice and comfortable. Overall, the house was very clean and well kept. A little more outdated than the pictures but still in great shape and the location is perfect if you’re going to Disneyland. The property management team was amazing to work with and was very quick to respond with any needs we had. Carolyn especially was a sweetheart. One of our family members had a medical emergency on our last day and she were so sweet to offer late checkout and help with check out requirements. I was very impressed with their hospitality. We will definitely be back!

Perfect location, lovely home and breathtaking water view
We had such a great time at this property! Located at the south end of Sea Pines there was so much privacy. The property itself was very nicely decorated and well maintained with more than enough room for my husband and me as well as our daughter, son-in-law and two grandchildren. The sound was much closer in real life than in the picture - perfect for early morning strolls with my grandchildren!

Great location with lots of wildlife
The location was great! Gated community on the bay. We saw lots of dolphins right from the shore along with some sharks and stingrays. Saw a large crab in the water from shore as well. The house was clean, well laid out and overall in great condition. The house had everything we needed to have a great vacation. We ate ar Hudson’s and the Crazy Crab. Both excellent. The only issue was the mattresses. They were so soft it sank in the middle. Both downstairs and upstairs larger rooms were the same. Almost took off a star for it.

AMAZING
We all enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and was a great location. Boardwalk to the beach where saw dolphins swim everyday!! Sidewalk to Salty Dog Cafe. The kids loved being able to walk or bike for food, ice cream and snacks at the market. My parents, in their 80's, appreciated the ease of the boardwalk to the beach. Annual family beach vacation
Our week was great - love the beach on the sound, given that we had an almost-3 year old with us. Waves were not overly strong. Lots of wildlife spotted. Dad and Grandpa went fishing and caught some nice ones. Proximity to Salty Dog and Harbor Town is a real plus, as well. We will be back next year!

Wonderful Location for Young Children
This property is located on the water with beautiful views off the rear deck. Many deer visited early in the morning which made it great for the grandkids. With the water and pool within easy walking distance everyone was quite happy.

Very nice, prime location
Could not ask for a more relaxing spot. Many dolphin playing in sound. There was a mother and baby deer each morning ( I do wish there were postings/instructions not to feed. Many people were feeding them and by the end of the week, the mom was coming up to the houses looking to be fed). Excellent property, would definitely stay again!

Great week
We have been coming to South Beach and Lands End since the Late 1970’s. Since becoming a renter instead of owner have stayed in many of the units at Lands End. Thought owners did a great job updating 11 Lands End. Especially enjoyed extra space created by enclosing porch.. Would also be interested in knowing the manufacturer of deck furniture. Enjoyed our stay.

Spring Break
We had a great time and really enjoyed the rental property. It was clean, well appointed & in a great location with amazing views. We especially enjoyed being only steps from the beach & watching all the wildlife, esp all the dolphins! My only suggestion would be to update the downstairs queen mattress. The current one is uncomfortable & sinks down in the center.

A Week with Friends
Some from PA, some from FL. Met here to visit and relax. Mission accomplished. Clean, well stocked property. Beautiful views. Quiet location. Could watch dolphins from the deck! Made a few requests to maintenance for things to manage after we left. Thought I read that there are three parking spaces - there are only two. And no place close by for the third vehicle. Otherwise an awesome week! Would book here again.

Perfect location for a perfect vacation.
My wife and I stayed here for a week as we were tired of the cold weather in Ohio. The house is fantastic, the views are spectacular (daily sightings of dolphins and bald eagles) and a perfect location for social distant relaxation. We will be back!

Beautiful Sunset Locale
newly renovated property was very clean, in a wonderful location. Sunsets visible every evening over the Calibogie Sound and Dafuskie Island. We have stayed in Sea Pines many times, including Land's End. This is one of, if not the best spots we have stayed.

It was an excellent place for us. Only suggestions: more washcloths. Dirty towels in washer needed to be washed on arrival. Ants in living area and kitchen. Fees were higher than some other places. Location was wonderful. We would stay here again.

Returning Again and Again
This is the second year in a row we have stayed at this property. We will always want to return again and again to this location. It is clean, updated and has everything our family needs. It is fantastic. But, that is not the best part. The views, the beach and the wildlife are incredible. We saw dolphins, stingrays, pelicans and everything you can imagine swimming, flying and feeding close by. It also gives you the ability to walk and or ride bikes to great dining, ice cream shops, watering holes, water sports, golf and tennis. We see ourselves returning again and again.

Renourishment Project 

HILTON HEAD ISLAND, S.C. 

This is a 24/7 project.

The beach renourishment project will occur in three phases, with an anticipated completion date of May 2026. The anticipated schedule is as follows:

  • Phase 1 - Port Royal (the Heel), Fish Haul and Pine Island
    • Complete - Contractor mobilizes in August 2025.
    • Complete - Weeks of August 13, 2025 thru September 17, 2025 - Fish Haul area
    • Complete - Weeks of September 18, 2025 thru October 10, 2025 - Pine Island
    • Complete - Weeks of October 11, 2025 thru October 17, 2025 - Port Royal (The Heel)
  • Phase 2 - Central Island, South Island and South Beach
    • Weeks of December 11, 2025 thru March 28, 2026 - Central Island, including beach areas along Palmetto Dunes
    • Weeks of March 28, 2026 thru May 31, 2026 - South Island and South Beach areas .
  • Phase 3 - Pine Island Breakwater Structures
    • Weeks of November 1, 2025 thru April 30, 2026

“It’s a priority to preserve, protect and cherish our beaches – one of our greatest assets. Our Island depends on their ongoing vitality. The Town’s role is to carry out the community’s collective dedication to this environmental core value through our investment in restoration and maintenance,” said Mayor Alan Perry. “And fortunately, due to the foresight of Town leaders before us and thanks to our millions of visitors, this project is funded through our beach preservation fund and capital improvement program.”


Beach renourishment is a moving work zone that typically progresses at about 1,000 feet per section-just 2% of the Island’s total beach area. On average, only 300 feet of beach will be impacted per day. Temporary beach access ramps and clear signage will help direct beachgoers safely around active work areas to open areas of the beach. As soon as an active site is completed, the equipment will move down the beach and the newly renourished section will open.

Special protection has been made for wildlife that may be impacted because of the project. All work will be supervised by consultant teams under contract to monitor sea turtles and migratory shorebirds. Additionally, per a requirement of the beach renourishment permit from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS), the Town amended its municipal code to restrict animal/dog activity in an area adjacent to Fish Haul Creek beach park. This requirement protects endangered shorebird species that migrate and nest there. Signage is posted and no other beach areas will be affected. Dogs are still allowed per the Town’s seasonal rules – only a small section of the creek area adjacent to the beach park is restricted.

Marinex Construction, Inc., the contractor for the project, began mobilizing equipment this month in preparation for the work. This includes positioning their offshore barges and staging miles of steel pipes to pump sand from ocean shoals back to beaches. Crews will be working around the clock daily.

The beach renourishment process helps to:

  • Preserve a healthy shoreline ecosystem for wildlife such as sea turtles and shorebirds.
  • Protect beachfront properties and infrastructure from storms.
  • Provide wider, more enjoyable beaches for residents and visitors alike.
