The villa underwent a major transformation in the winter of 2022 that includes all new kitchen and appliances, new flooring throughout, new furniture including zero gravity recliners in the living room, and a zero gravity king adjustable bed. The owners have thought of everything to make this a perfect getaway for honeymoons, anniversaries, or that long-awaited romantic getaway. Our world-famous Harbour Town Marina has restaurants all within walking distance, shops, and excellent water activities. Cross the street to the Harbour Town Golf Links Clubhouse. There is a laundry facility available in the Caravel Court building with a washer and dryer for guests' use.

This condo was perfect for our vacation. It was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. My husband and I throughly enjoyed the beautiful view of the harbor. It was so nice to be able to walk to the stores, tours and most importantly the ice cream parlor. We will definitely rent here again.
